Far Forth Fables take place in their own universe with physical properties a bit askew of our own.
The first three books feature a young girl named Amanda Farlabane. She and her parents live in the little village of Bonny Weald. The Farlabanes have a scleeberry tree in their yard courtesy of the Thing that lives in Bubbler’s Swamp.
Trouble is, if you eat too many scleeberries, weird things start happening to your body. Hence…
“When Amanda finished the note, her countenance fell. It bounced three times. Thankfully, it landed face-up.”
Far Forth Fables is a series of children’s books. I have the first trilogy written but I think there are two more trilogies in this series. They’re fun! (And, they have few little lessons about life along the way.)
